Coaching and being coached have been defining elements of my leadership journey

During my 25 year insurance broking career, coaching played a significant role in my life and my achievements. Having run a successful, diverse and fast growing insurance brokerage for over 10 years, the project that I was most passionate about was the co-creation and leadership of a national programme of personal development for early career professionals. This programme still runs and now has over 500 alumni.

Ultimately, my passion for helping people deliver their absolute best became my driving purpose and I set up Kingswood Coaching to enable me to do this full time.

An independent external coach can unlock thinking that even the most dedicated and skilled managers and leaders may not; for them, the day-to-day needs of the business often come first.

I work with individuals and companies looking to maximise their potential by engaging in evocative, creative, action orientated conversations to find their true goals and turn them into fulfilling reality.

Coaching is a client-led activity

Whether 1 to 1 or as a group, every session and programme is bespoke. My background in private and public corporate business, ensures I recognise key elements for success, and I have tailored my packages around these areas: confident, empowered and skilful leaders, distinctive culture with a powerful, living vision, clear, relevant, motivating goals, creating challenge and opportunity for people to thrive and grow.
